PKR Announces Tournament and new Team PKR Pro

PKR is a popular 3D online poker site that offers players a large selection of online games as well as live events. The site recently started their online tournament called Springfest festival and they have also announced a new member to their Team PKR Pro.

PKR recently announced a new member has been added to the Team PKR Pro but the poker room has not announced the name of the player. It is a secret as of right now but the new player will be participating online at PKR as well as heading to Dublin in April for the Irish Open. If guess we will just have to wait a little longer to see who the new team member is.

The site has also started the PKR Springfest festival. The festival takes place over twelve days and $130,000 in prize money will be up for grabs during the eleven events. The events will be various games including Deep stacks, Bounty events, Omaha, re-buys and terminators.

Players who enter at least six of the eleven scheduled events will get a free entry into an exclusive free roll. Three packages of the PKR Live IV will be up for grabs during the free roll. Each package offers the tournament buy-in plus travel to London and expenses.

Erika Schwartz the marketing manager for PKR commented on the festival by stating: “Springfest is a staple on the PKR calendar and player response is always fantastic. This year’s calendar of events is really exciting, with lots of variation, playable structures and very affordable buy-ins.”
