Australian National Rugby League Asked to Part Ways with Full Tilt

Full Tilt Poker has an educational site called FullTiltPoker.net and this site has a sponsorship deal with the Sydney Roosters which is a Rugby League in Australia. The federal government has asked the Australian National Rugby League to part ways with the online poker site.

What’s your favorite winning hand?

Rounders is great for quotes. What can I say, I’m famous for running a good thing into the ground. Anyway, I can’t recall the exact phrasing, but near the beginning Damon’s character voices over and says “Most poker players can’t remember their big wins, but they recall every detail of their worst defeats.” And I’m here to challenge that, because there are a couple of my favorite winning hands that I’ll remember forever. Kentucky State Officials Launch Lawsuit against Full Tilt Poker

Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear has taken action against those who offer online gambling and poker to their residents. State officials recently launched a lawsuit against Full Tilt Poker which is a poker site that offers gaming to United States residents. The state is demanding that Full Tilt pay back losses to their residents for the past five years.

What you’re doing here is simply gauging your win ratio – to see how you’re doing and assess whether you’re really at a level where the game is worth your time.

Everest Poker Suing World Series of Poker

The World Series of Poker is one if not the most recognizable poker tournaments in the world and is one of the most anticipated events every year in the world of poker. The WSOP brand earns millions of dollars each year by hosting events and they also make money by charging poker companies to advertise during WSOP events. Recently one online poker company decided to sue the WSOP for what they are calling breach of contract.

Isildur1 Agrees to Compete at Party Poker Big Game IV

Just a few days ago, poker pro Tony G invited the mystery poker pro Isiludr1 to compete in the Party Poker Big Game IV. Tony G offered to pay for everything just so Isildur1 would compete. Isidlur1 could even keep his identity a secret. Now Party Poker has confirmed that Isildur1 has accepted the challenge.
