52 Draw - Card Game
52 Draw is a variation of draw poker with community cards. Before any cards are dealt each player must ante a nominal fee to play.
How To Play 52 Draw Poker
To begin play the dealer will deal each player 5 cards, and two community cards face down. This will be followed by a round of betting.
Once the betting round has finished, the dealer will turn over one of the face down community cards. Another betting round will commence whereby the dealer will turn up the last community card and players will have the option to draw and discard up to 3 of their hole cards.
After each player has had a turn discarding, which is optional, another betting round will take place. Players must use either three of their hole cards and two community cards to make their 5 card hand or they can use all 5 cards. This game can be played with as many as 7 players and either Hi/Lo or just Hi.
If you want to play with 8 players you will need to use four hole cards and two community cards to make sure that each player has the chance to draw. In an 8 player game of 52 Draw, there will only be enough cards for players to draw maximum of two cards.
